  • The original packaging should be intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear, socks, and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or damaged.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order:

We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
